 The National Year of Reading
The National Year of Reading 2026 is all about inspiring people to read more.
Whatever your passion, Wokingham Borough libraries have something for you.
If you visit to use a computer or to find a quiet space, why not explore our shelves too? Membership is free and we have books and events for every age and interest.
Never been to the library before? This is the perfect time to discover what is waiting for you.
From early years storytimes to activities for teens and families, our libraries are a friendly community space for reading, creativity and connection.
You can also Go All In from home by trying our e-books, audiobooks and digital magazines. Explore, discover and read what you love at your library.
Me to We – live book launch with Rebecca Hogan
Motherhood changes everything. Including you. Let's talk about that.
Join Rebecca Hogan, life coach, mum and debut author, as she introduces ME to WE.
The event will explore matrescence, the word that will finally make sense of everything you've felt, why society needs to step up for mothers and how reconnecting with yourself changes everything.
Because motherhood is not about bouncing back. It's about stepping into your becoming and being more you than ever before.
Signed copies of the book will be available.
Free. Booking required.
