 Journalling prompts
Nature journalling is a fun way to connect with the changing seasons and the world around us.
Using your journal, try documenting the changes to the trees, the appearance of blooms and what scents fill the air. You may wish to press flowers or leaf rub, sketch or paint. You could even pick the same viewpoint, or a tree and photograph it on the first of each month to document the changes.
You may also want to reflect on how you feel throughout the seasons, and the impact they have on your mood. This may help in identifying any connections between your mood and the season.
 Student artwork: zines
During our March art for wellbeing session, artist Lisa Marie introduced us to zines, an artist’s workbook!
Students had the opportunity to create their own pocket-sized zines and fill them with artwork, inspiring images or messages. The possibilities were endless.
 Peer support groups
Recovering Together
Recovering Together is our peer support group available to all students.
The regular meetings are an opportunity for students to have topical discussions and share lived experiences in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our hope is, that as a community, united by each other's support, we journey through recovery together.
