Festival returns for music, food and more
Wokingham Festival returns to Cantley Park this bank holiday weekend with a great line-up of music, food, drink and more.
Gates open at 11am each day, and close at 10.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, with an earlier finish at 8pm on Monday. Check the line-up on the event website.
Tickets in advance are cheaper until 9pm tomorrow (Thursday 21 August), with day tickets from £24 and weekend tickets £60, otherwise prices on the door are higher.

Circus comes to Dinton Pastures for second year
Paulo's Circus returns to Dinton Pastures Country Park next month.
The Bijou Tour is the latest production from the historic circus and follows a series of sellouts at the site in Hurst last year.
It runs from 24 September to 12 October, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Tickets start from £9 per person.
There’s also an adapted show for special educational needs and disabilities families on 2 October.
 Bike Bonanza comes to Woodley tomorrow
The Summer Bike Bonanza is taking place at Coronation Hall in Headley Road, Woodley, tomorrow (21 August)
Our My Journey Wokingham and Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) teams are offering cycling-related fun for all the family.
There'll be a balance bike track for under-5s, who can bring their own bike or borrow one for the day, as well as a bike limbo game.
My Journey will be running a spinning wheel with prizes, while offering travel advice and rides on their smoothie bike.
Dr Bike will be giving free bicycle checks (advance booking required) and the HAF team will also be offering a programme of entertainment.

It’s your last chance to join the Go Cinemas at Dinton Pastures Country Park in Hurst during the next few weekends.
There’s four films for you to choose from to make the most of the August evenings:

 Swallowfield Show back on bank holiday weekend
The Swallowfield Show takes place on Sunday and Monday this bank holiday weekend.
More than 8,000 people attended this family favourite last year, with arena performances, live music, stalls, dog show, classic vehicle displays and more.
The event takes place from 10am at Swallowfield Park (RG7 1TH), with free parking on site.
Buy your tickets in advance for the event, which is run by volunteers and members of the Swallowfield Horticultural Society for the benefit of the community and to raise funds for local charities.

Fundraising quiz night for charity
Promise Inclusion is hosting a quiz night to raise money to help support people with learning disabilities and/or autism, their carers and their families.
It’s £20 per person and includes a home-cooked meal, with quiz teams of up to six people.
