Wokingham Borough Connect
 Community Governance Review
We are seeking feedback on the current arrangements for the towns and parishes in our borough to ensure people are represented as effectively as possible.
The Community Governance Review is carried out every ten to 15 years and reviews things such as ward boundaries and the number of councillors that represent an area.
Using local knowledge, we will review recommendations and determine if there are any changes that could be made to benefit communities.
Our initial consultation will run until Friday 25 April.
Last chance to shape Wokingham Borough's future
There's not long left to have your say on the borough’s Council Plan consultation – a roadmap for our future.
The survey closes on Monday 3 March and your views will help to shape aspirations and priorities for the next five years.
The Council Plan sets the priorities and themes that will guide our borough’s future for the next five years.
Tell us what matters to you. Whether it’s sustainability, housing, transport, education, or community wellbeing, your input is vital to ensure our plan reflects the needs and aspirations of everyone in the borough.
Give us your views on pharmacies
We would like to hear how you access and use pharmacy services in Wokingham Borough to help us develop services in the future.
Why you should take part
Your views will help inform our Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, which will look at health needs in the borough, the level and accessibility of pharmacy services and how these will be maintained and developed in the future.
Taking the survey
The questionnaire should take no longer than five minutes to complete. The information you provide is confidential. Please be honest with your answers so we can accurately assess areas where pharmacies are already fulfilling your needs and areas that could improve.
The survey is open until Sunday 9 March.

Have your say on our Nature Recovery Strategy
Give your views on the Berkshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy
You’re invited to share your views on our strategy, which will set out the actions to protect biodiversity in local areas, reduce the impact of climate change and boost the benefits of local nature.
We're working with our partners across Berkshire on this, and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is leading on the project.
Berkshire has a beautifully diverse landscape and feedback from residents, landowners and communities will help us create the right strategy to assist nature recovery across our county.
Taking the survey
Leave your comments and add your pins to the Local Habitat Map for Berkshire by Monday 24 March.

All-Age Autism and SEND and Inclusion strategies
Last year, we asked what you thought of our draft All-Age Autism and SEND and Inclusion strategies. We listened to what you told us and amended the final strategies.
We’re now launching the two linked five-year partnership strategies, as part of our ongoing effort to create a more inclusive borough and support everyone to thrive.
We’d like to thank you for your valuable contributions in shaping these two strategies:
- The All-Age Autism Strategy sets out a shared vision and direction for local partners in supporting autistic people of all ages living in the borough
- The SEND and Inclusion Strategy outlines our ambitions and plans to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0 to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
These two strategies will help shape integrated action plans that support residents in the borough to have access to the resources they need to thrive.

Consultations that are not run by Wokingham Borough Council but may be of interest to residents:
Transport for the South East consultation
Transport for the South East’s (TfSE) ‘Your Voices’ consultation is now live.
TfSE is the sub-national transport body for the South East of England.
With a partnership made up of 16 local authorities, representatives of district and borough authorities, protected landscapes and national delivery agencies, TfSE determines what investment is needed to transform the region's transport system and drive economic growth.
It is asking members of the public to complete a survey, which will inform the Transport Strategy Refresh, due to be published this summer.
The new draft strategy sets out their vision for the region, highlighting plans to use transport to grow the economy, connect communities and reach net zero in the decades ahead.
You can share your views on the proposals online, with the deadline for responses being Friday 7 March.
