If you've already paid for our garden waste collection service from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, please ignore this reminder.
Renew your garden waste collection service
Thank you for subscribing to our garden waste collection service last year.
This year, the service will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. If you’d like us to continue collecting your garden waste, you can now pay for the service by clicking the blue button below:
If you choose not to renew the service, you don't need to take any action. Please note your garden waste won't be collected from April, and we won't remove your unwanted garden waste bin.
Cost of the service
The cost of providing the garden waste service has continued to rise from this time last year. Because of this, we need to increase the cost for our 12-month service from £86 to £90 for the period of 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
The price of the service this year will be £90, no matter which month you join, so rejoin early to maximise the benefit.
If you order an additional brown bin by 15 March, it will be delivered to you by 1 April. If your order is placed after this date, you will receive the bin within 15 working days.
Blue sticker
After you've made the payment for the service, we’ll send you a blue-coloured sticker to put on your brown bin. If you order another bin, we’ll deliver it with a sticker already on it.
If you pay before 15 March, your sticker will arrive before 1 April. If you pay after this date, it may take up to 10 days for your sticker to arrive as we rely on the postal system. Please make sure you place the order in plenty of time before your first collection in April.
If you don’t have a blue sticker on your bin for your first scheduled collection in April, our crew won't be able to collect your garden waste.
Broken bins
If your brown bin is broken and can't be used, please still renew the service and place the sticker on the bin when received.
You can then order a replacement bin for £40 on our website, which covers the cost and delivery of the bin.
We will arrange to exchange your broken bin with a new one that already has a blue sticker on it.
