How can the college support you?
Everyone’s recovery is as individual as they are and that’s why we offer the chance for all students to have a one-to-one meeting with a member of staff. This meeting will explore where you are now, where you would like to be and how our service might help you get there. This is also an opportunity to discuss any additional support you might need.
If you would like to know more about these one-to-one meetings, or to make an appointment with a member of the team, please get in touch by calling (0118) 237 9366 or email us.
 Workshop design session: Seasonal living
Living with the seasons allows us to feel more grounded and present which can lead to improved mental health.
There are many ways we can live with the seasons. We might adjust our daily tasks throughout the year, eat different foods or take advantage of the shift in energy to either focus on growth or rest.
The workshop design session gives you the opportunity to tell us what you would like to learn on a workshop exploring ‘seasonal living’.
Please join us to share your ideas and suggestions.

 Support spotlight: SHARE Wokingham
SHARE Wokingham is a food sharing charity that helps over 2,000 people weekly who need support with food. They achieve this by redistributing food from local supermarkets and food suppliers that would otherwise go to waste. The charity started off as a small ‘grub club’ at Norreys Church in 2020 and has now grown to include 15 sites across Wokingham and the surrounding areas.
No referral is required for SHARE and the food is free. Their food sharing is for anyone who feels they could do with some help – even if just temporarily. Everyone is welcome. No questions are asked. You will just find friendly faces and plenty of fresh produce.
To find out more about SHARE, including where your local site is located and what to expect when you arrive, check out their webpage.
