Still time to book half term holiday club
There are still spaces in our half term Wild Days holiday club from 28 October to 1 November at Dinton Pastures.
Designed for ages eight to 13, the holiday club offers two land or water sports in three-hour sessions, include fencing, outdoor climbing, archery, raft building, kayaking, canoeing and more.
Each session costs £32 per person. Booking is made online.
Free Storytime at activity centre
If you have young children aged two to five, bring them along to our next Storytime session at Dinton Activity Centre on Tuesday 22 October, from 11am to 11.30am.
The session will be jointly hosted by our library services colleague and Tony Knight, a Wokingham rail station platform announcer famous with local commuters for his poetry and story readings.
Entrance is free and no booking is needed.
Shape how you stay active in the future
We want to hear your views, if you exercise or do any sport and physical activity in our country parks or other places across the borough.
In partnership with Sport England, we are running a short survey that will help us understand your views about physical activity, including what challenges you face in getting moving and staying active.
Responses will help us to identify any gaps that exist, as we strive to make sure everyone has the opportunity to exercise.
You have until next Monday 21 October to share your thoughts, with all responses kept anonymous.
