Welcome to your planning policy update
 Ruscombe Neighbourhood Plan is adopted
Wokingham Borough Council formally made (adopted) the Ruscombe Neighbourhood Development Plan on Thursday 18 January 2024.
The plan now forms part of the statutory development plan for the area. It will be used as the starting point for determining planning applications in Ruscombe parish, alongside the council's adopted local plans.
