How has the cost of living crisis impacted you?
We’ve just launched a survey to find out what this winter was like for residents.
Alongside our Hardship Alliance partners we’re seeing how you are coping with the impacts of the cost of living crisis.
Your responses shape how we’ll work together to support residents across the borough. It will take about five minutes.
 Dementia Action Week next week
Dementia Friendly Wokingham and partner charities are hosting an information event next Tuesday (16 May).
Stalls will be in Peach Place in Wokingham from 10.30am to 2.30pm to mark Dementia Action Week (15 to 21 May).

You can register every time you ride your bike and be in with a chance of prizes. You'll even get bonus points for referring colleagues or friends to join in too.

Free training to help people suffering domestic abuse
Are you a professional working in the hair and beauty sector?
Hairdressers, barbers and beauty salons are safe spaces for many victims of domestic abuse, where they are at ease with a stylist they trust and can confide in.
You are in a unique position to recognise the signs and symptoms of abuse in your clients.
With proper training, you can become an invaluable and influential community partner, helping to reduce the impact of domestic abuse.
We’re running a series of free virtual domestic abuse training for professionals working in the hair and beauty sector. The training covers what domestic abuse is, how to spot the signs and how to help your client.
You can book your free place at our next online session on Thursday 18 May, 6pm to 7pm. If you can’t make this, book your free place for the following session on Tuesday 4 July 6pm to 7pm.
