Junior Sailing Weeks are making a return to Dinton Pastures for the Easter holiday.
We will be running the full Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Youth Sailing Scheme for children aged eight to 13 during the weeks of 3 and 11 April.
There are a total of four stages under the RYA scheme. If your child does not have any experience in sailing but is interested in having a try, you can sign them up to the stage one programme, which introduces the basic principles of dinghy sailing.
Experienced participants can progress through the RYA syllabus to more advanced modules by joining the stage two to four programmes.
Each stage of the Junior Sailing Week programme has four sessions and costs £290 per week. To find out more or book a place, visit the Dinton Activity Centre website.

In the morning, the teams were split into four groups, with each group having five teams. Each team played each other twice, playing a total of 160 minutes per side.
From each group, the top two went through and the final was a competitive match between St Paul's Church of England Junior School in Wokingham and Crazies Hill Primary School, with Crazies Hill taking the cup home.
![Escape-pain](https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/fancy_images/UKWOKBC/2023/03/7295364/escape_original.png) Get the right support for your hip and knee pain
Are you newly diagnosed in osteoarthritis hip or knee pain? If you are struggling in managing day-to-day activities, or want to try simple and effective ways to exercise and strengthen your joints, you can try our Escape-pain education and exercise programme.
We are offering a 12-session course in a small group setting with a variety of equipment to suit your goals. The programme is supported by the Orthopaedic Research UK and helps people understand their condition and takes them through a progressive exercise programme so they learn how to cope with pain better.
The course is designed for people aged 45 or older who are struggling with day-to-day activities and who have been newly diagnosed or have low to moderate osteoarthritis.
The one hour sessions take place every Tuesday and Friday and you will also meet other residents living in Wokingham Borough. These are held at Bulmershe Leisure Centre in Woodley and run by our sport and leisure team.
You can email us for more information, including course cost and to sign up, or call (0118) 9743728.
