 If your garden waste is frozen
Your garden waste may be frozen and stick together inside the bin in sub-zero temperatures. This means it might not fall out when being collected by our crews.
If you find your garden waste bin not fully emptied, please put it out again on the next collection day, as our crews will not be able to return in the same week due to their work routines and schedules.
If the temperatures remain low, please try to loosen the materials in the bin before collection. Thank you for your cooperation.
