This week's cost of living advice and help we are asking you to share can be found below.
We're focusing on getting people help with their health for the winter.
There's also an appeal for people to come forward if they're running a warm space in their area. Either if they have already started or are nearly there, we can provide extra support.
Share this information in your local WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups and other ways the community come together. Every share helps people access vital support they are entitled to.

Run a warm space to help your community
We’re looking for organisations and groups to join our warm space network this winter. Joining helps you and your communities by:
- Access to items to distribute to help people keep warm like blankets and coats
- Access to items to distribute to help people save money on energy bills like energy efficient light bulbs and slow cookers
- Easier referrals to help for those in need to receive warm packs
- Help with promotion so you can help as many people as possible
