Funding available for university’s internship scheme
Are you looking for a spring or summer intern? Would you like one involving some financial support too? The Reading Internship Scheme 2022 is open to employer registrations.
The scheme connects you with undergraduates from the University of Reading through four to eight week part- or fully-funded internships, which can take place in the office or remotely, at part-time or full-time hours.
The university is already working with a number of organisations and are currently advertising opportunities to students. Find more information about the scheme or register your interest - and the University will be in touch.
Bike month challenge
As many people assess their health, wellbeing, and environmental impact as we head into the summer months, it’s a great time to promote active travel. The Bike Month Challenge is a fun and free program designed to encourage more people to hop on the saddle for a bike ride.
By registering for the Bike Month Challenge, you could help more of your employees to ride a bike, transform their travel and make a positive change in their lives.
It doesn’t matter if they’re working from home, working full-time or part-time - anyone can take part and ride with a team towards a common goal.
All riders will compete in teams of up to ten people to ride to the top of the leaderboards, connect with others and enter fantastic prize draws.
