 You can still grab a Covid jab at the NHS vaccine clinic set up at the Northcroft Leisure Centre, Newbury, 10 am - 7 pm today and tomorrow (3-4 September).
As well as single Pfizer doses for 16 and 17 years, there are also now 1st and 2nd doses for adults 18+ years.
The attendees can either drop in or we recommend booking an appointment beforehand - all ages 16+ can now use this booking form. For walk ups without an appointment, priority is being given to 16 and 17 year olds.
At the clinic, face coverings need to be worn (unless exempt).
Sunday, 5 September, 11am - 5pm
 COVID-19 vaccinations for people aged 16 and over and lateral flow self-test kits (rapid Covid-19 home tests) will be offered at the Falkland Cricket Club. This will be alongside One Community Cricket and Family Fun Day taking place on the grounds at Enborne Street, Newbury, West Berkshire, RG14 6TW.
You can get your first or second dose for the Pfizer vaccine. If you are going for your second dose, your first dose must have been a Pfizer jab and administered at least eight weeks before.
When you pick up your free self-test kits from the Community Testing van, you can also be shown how to take the test by one of the trained team members.

16 - 17 year olds can attend walk-in clinics at Broad Street Mall in Reading every day 9.30am – 7.00pm. No appointment is necessary.
If you are 18 and over, or within 3 months of your 18th birthday, to get your vaccine you can:
 Pupils in West Berkshire are beginning to return to schools and colleges after their summer breaks. Many pupils will be returning with far fewer restrictions than when they left for the summer holidays. This will enable pupils to have access to more group activities, team sports, playing with friends, plays, and taking part in musical groups.

It's vitally important to keep testing for COVID-19 if you don't have symptoms as you could be unknowingly transmitting the virus, even if you've been vaccinated.
