Get involved in Wolverhampton’s SEND Reform Plan –
All Means All Inclusion Plan

The All Means All Inclusion Plan set out how education, health, care, parent carers, children and young people, voluntary organisations and the City of Wolverhampton Council will work together to create a more inclusive system where children and young people receive the right support, at the right time and in the right place.

The plan has been developed through partnership working and co-production and reflects both local priorities and national SEND reform ambitions.

The All Means All Inclusion Plan is being delivered through four partnership workstreams bringing together children and young people, families, education, health, care and community partners to help shape and deliver improvements across Wolverhampton.

  1. Strengthening Inclusion focuses on helping children and young people receive support as early as possible through inclusive practice, the Universal Offer, workforce development and early identification of needs.
  2. Access to Support focuses on improving access to the right support, advice and expertise through targeted and specialist professional support, including the development of the Experts at Hand model.
  3. Inclusive Culture & Improvement focuses on data, monitoring, evidence gathering and continuous learning to ensure services continue to improve and are informed by what children, young people and families tell us.
  4. Co-Production focuses on ensuring children, young people and families are involved in shaping decisions, services and improvements to ensure lived experience is at the heart of delivery.

You can get involved by:

  • Sharing your views and experiences
  • Taking part in surveys and consultations
  • Joining focus groups and workshops
  • Helping us test information, resources and services
  • Becoming involved in participation and co-production groups
  • Supporting improvement projects and workstreams
  • Sharing ideas to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND

You can choose the level of involvement that works for you.
