Consultation on Joint Protocol for the Provision of Children’s Equipment
Wolverhampton Council and NHS Black Country ICB would like to invite you to a consultation event to collect your views on the current draft of the Joint Protocol for the Provision of Children’s Equipment.
The Joint Protocol for Children’s Equipment has been created to help professionals within the Council and NHS have an accurate understanding of the different ways children’s equipment is sourced, funded, reclaimed and maintained throughout Wolverhampton. It is a very long and thorough document that aims to be as accurate as possible, with the hope of supporting colleagues be efficient with these processes.
Before they finalise the document and publish it on the SEND Local Offer, they would like to collect your feedback on the following:
- Would parents/carers find the entire document helpful?
- Are there certain parts of the document that may be more relevant for families?
- How can we present this information in a way that is easier to understand and access?
- Where would you like to find this on the Local Offer website?
