IASS SEND Surgery for supporting transition
Calling parents, carers and young people who have questions about moving to a new class, school or college in September.
We know that moving to a new class or school can be an anxious time for young people and their parent carers. Stacey from IASS will be available to answer your questions and has plenty of resources to help you prepare for the move.

Base 25: IASS SEND Surgery
In partnership with Base 25, IASS offers our SEND Surgery drop in sessions on the first Friday of every month from 10am to 12pm at:

Have your say on post 16 travel costs
Wolverhampton City Council is consulting families and other stakeholders regarding the introduction of a post-16 transport cost contribution.
The proposed contribution is £300 per academic year for low-income pupils and £600 per academic year for all other pupils, payable in three equal instalments at the start of each term. These charges are proposed to be introduced for the new academic year 2025/26.
Young people and their parents and carers are encouraged to complete the consultation by Friday 6th June. The consultation can be accessed using the QR code or access the survey here.

Wolverhampton Outreach Service offers numerous training sessions and events to parents and carers to enhance your understanding of your child's SEND needs and how to support them:
