This bulletin is  a reminder that mental health services can still be accessed over the Christmas period.

Please disseminate this information within your agencies - let's ensure people are getting the right level of support.

Kooth offers emotional and mental health support for children and young people aged between 11 – 24 years and is available up to 10pm every day.


samaritans

Samaritans offer a safe place for people to talk about things that are worrying them. The Samaritans can be contacted in a number of ways.


papyrus

Papyrus offers a confidential support and advice service for children and young people under the age of 35 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide or anyone concerned that a young person could be thinking about suicide.
