Holiday Reading for Children

Trying to keep children busy and entertained over the summer holidays can often be stressful, but help is at hand at Brynteg Library. We have a wonderful range of summer themed books on display that are sure to keep them entertained! Why not try ‘Fun at the Beach’ by Damian Harvey, or ‘Grandma’s Beach’ by Rosalind Beardshaw for that long car or plane journey. If you’re staying at home we have plenty of craft and activity books such as ‘Summer Things To Make And Do’ or ‘DK Fun With Art’. Wherever you’re heading this summer make sure to visit the library first. Other titles include ‘The Curiosity Box – The Seashore’; ‘What Can You See In Summer’; ‘The Pirates On Holiday’; Grandma’s Seaside Bloomers’; ‘Sedric and the Roman Holiday Rampage’; ‘Peppa’n Mynd ar Wyliau’; ‘Glan y Môr’, and many many more! Don’t forget all of these books plus any others you read from the library will go towards your Summer Reading Challenge.
