Proposed Focussed Changes Consultation

Wrexham County Borough Council has submitted proposals for the above Local Development Plan (LDP) to the Welsh Government for examination. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted, the LDP will replace the Unitary Development Plan (1996-2011) and form the basis for decisions on land use planning for the County Borough of Wrexham. NOTICE OF SUBMISSION

WCBC has considered all representations received in relation to the Deposit LDP and is proposing Focussed Changes to ensure that the LDP is sound. These changes will be subject to a formal 6 week public consultation between Monday 7^th January and 5pm Monday 18^th February 2019. 

The LDP Submission Documents include the ‘Deposit LDP’, the Sustainability Appraisal Report (which incorporates the Environmental Report), the Delivery Agreement (including the Community Involvement Scheme), the Consultation Report, copies of Representations and other supporting documents.
