We are excited to announce that the Waltham Forest Council 2024 Staff Survey is now live! Your Voice. Our Mission is your chance to share your honest and constructive thoughts, experiences, and feedback to help us improve our workplace for everyone.
Your input is essential in addressing issues like inequality, wellbeing, work culture and much more among our staff. We need everyone to take part in this survey, so you can help contribute to an improved work environment where everyone can thrive and help us achieve our ambitious plans of Mission Waltham Forest.
We understand the importance of confidentiality, which is why we have partnered with an independent research company, DJS Research, to conduct the survey. Your responses will go directly to them, and the Council guarantees that your individual answers will remain confidential.
Please check your inbox for an email from surveys@djsresearch.com. The survey link is unique to you, so please do not forward it on. It will take about 15 minutes to complete and can be done in more than one sitting.
