Measles cases are on the rise in London and Waltham Forest. There is no cure for measles, which spreads easily and can cause serious illnesses, including pneumonia and meningitis.
The best way to protect your child from measles is to make sure they are fully up to date with their Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination.
If your child has missed their MMR vaccination, make an appointment with your GP practice to ensure your child and those around you are protected.
