Maintaining good wellbeing is imperative for your mental health and resilience. That's why this spring we've got a variety of wellbeing events on offer to help you step away from your desk and take part in gentle exercise and meditation.
Start the week with yoga at 8.45am on Mondays, join Tai Chi instructor Aileen on Thursday lunchtime (12.30-1.15pm) at Fellowship Square, and then later from 4.30pm on Thursdays you can participate in a meditation wind-down.
All of these sessions are free for staff. Yoga and meditation are held remotely over Teams, whilst Tai Chi will take place in person at Fellowship Square but will be recorded and live streamed as well.
