Waltham Forest Council is at the early stages of preparing an Area Framework for Lea Bridge. An Area Framework is a set of guidelines for developers and local communities regarding the design of public spaces, local streets, parks, open spaces, community facilities and health facilities.
Your contribution to the Area Framework will be valuable in ensuring that future investment, infrastructure and development in Lea Bridge has the input of the local community, making sure that the needs of residents, businesses and other stakeholders are met over the coming years.
Phase 1 of the public engagement phase starts today (5 July) and ends on 26 July. This is one of three phases of public engagement over the next 12 months through which we will hear your thoughts, ideas and suggestions on how Lea Bridge can be shaped and improved.
