Update on site

CP Top image

The main contractor employed by LB Waltham Forest, Thomas Sinden Ltd, are carrying out site preparations in advance of building a new electrical substation to the former garages site and starting the conversion of redundant offices within the Central Parade building to form two new large family homes for council rent.

Whilst site access is being established there will be some temporary arrangements for refuse storage, we would kindly ask residents to bear with us during this period and ensure that any bulk items such as mattresses are removed by separate arrangement rather than being left in the area of the bins.

If you've got too much rubbish for your bin, or if your rubbish is too big, you can have your large items collected or drop it in the local waste and recycling centre.
