On Wednesday 13 January 2021, the application for a grant of a premises licence for the temporary Secret Cinema event at Low Hall sports ground was approved.
As licensing applications are governed by different legislation than planning applications, a separate temporary planning application (reference number 203496) has been submitted by Secret Group Ltd.
Waltham Forest Council offer an extended amount of time for residents to comment on significant planning applications, so comments on this scheme can be made until 14 February 2021.

The deadline for receiving comments is Sunday 14 February 2021.
The application and all feedback received will be considered by the Planning Committee on 2 March 2021.

Secret Group Ltd, who have submitted the temporary planning application, are running a third online engagement event for residents who’d like to find out more and ask questions.
This is NOT part of the planning process but is an additional meeting offered by the applicants.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the event will be held online on Monday 8 February, from 5-6pm.
