Businesses of all types, including pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, cinemas and other venues across England and Wales, are being urged to download QR codes to support the public rollout of the new app.
By doing so, you business will be participating and supporting the national effort, which will help the NHS understand how the virus is spreading, while protecting users’ anonymity.
You can download the NHS Test and Trace app here app here and use this service to create a QR code for display in your venue.
Visitors to your venue should scan the QR code with their phone when they arrive, using the NHS Covid-19 app.

The Mayor of Waltham Forest has launched the Future Enterprise programme to help under-represented people aged 18-30 build essential business skills and networks.
It offers an opportunity for residents to pitch for substantial seed funding to help nurture businesses and promote growth. We’re asking for businesses to get involved and help inspire the business leaders of tomorrow.
If you’re able to offer mentoring support or contribute to the Future Enterprise programme, we want to hear from you.
The programme launches on 6 November 2020.
