Draft Plan on long term development

The Council has published its draft Local Plan Part 2: Site Allocations document.
This draft plan identifies sites in the borough where new development could take place over the next 15 years, including Priory Court Estate.
These boroughwide draft plans includes opportunities for good quality, affordable housing; improvements to public spaces and transport links; new cultural and leisure facilties, social infrastructure, and support for small businesses and job creation.
In July 2019, a draft Local Plan Strategy was published, and your responses to that helped shaped this latest document
This draft document is part of our engagement process and it does not mean any development would definitely go ahead.
We hope that you will give us your views.
