After several hundred residents responded when Inland Homes ran its second engagement the developer is ready to share ideas for the future development of 2c Fulbourne Road, Walthamstow.
Inland Homes has been engaging with residents to help them inform their vision for the redevelopment of this site.
The Inland Homes vision will be shared with residents during an online Zoom presentation on Thursday 6 August 2020, starting at 6pm. This engagement session has been organised by Inland Homes at short notice. You can register for the Zoom presentation on the Inland Homes website.
It will then also be available to view on the Inland Homes website and there will be an opportunity to comment on the vision. A planning application will be submitted, probably in August 2020.
If an application is received the Council will carry out the usual statutory consultation to gather views from residents for the report to the Planning Committee, which is likely to take place at the end of this year at the earliest.
The site is in the Forest Road Growth Corridor as identified in the Draft Local Plan.
Inland Homes submitted an application, reference number 201182 in February. This is not a planning application but a request from Inland Homes to the local planning authority to find out whether an Environmental Statement (ES) will need to be provided when a planning application is submitted in the future. The details included in that request are not proposals for the site.
The Council has advised Inland Homes that an ES is needed for this site. This will form part of the information to support the planning application when it is submitted.
