Inland Homes has distributed a second newsletter to residents and businesses around the site at 2c Fulbourne Road, Walthamstow.
Some residents living in homes with door entry systems did not receive the newsletter which contains Inland Homes' vision for the site and invites residents to share their views on the proposal.
Following representations by the Council Inland Homes has extended the deadline for submitting comments to Monday 3 August 2020.

Inland Homes has developed its vision for the regeneration of the site, which is currently available for comments.
This vision was shared with residents during an online Zoom presentation on Wednesday 15 July 2020. It can be seen online.

If an application is received the Council will carry out the usual statutory consultation to gather views from residents for the report to the Planning Committee, which is likely to take place later this year.
The Council has not approved any scheme for this site as no planning application has been received.
The site is in the Forest Road Growth Corridor identified in the Draft Local Plan.
