The planning application, reference number 191876, to build 196 new homes on a 100 per cent affordable scheme will be discussed by Waltham Forest Council’s Planning Committee on Tuesday 7 July 2020.
You can read the report to the Planning Committee from page 29.
Waltham Forest residents will have the first opportunity for the new homes.
The scheme is expected to create 78 new jobs.
You can see details of the planning application and more information on the Council’s website.
We will be using email newsletters to keep residents informed of progress on the scheme so please encourage your neighbours to sign up, so they receive the news direct to their inbox.
As often occurs the developer has briefed councillors on the project to provide background information and answer any questions.

As we emerge from the pandemic, many people have expressed a desire for the UK’s recovery to be one which creates a greener, cleaner, more caring society, where reversing climate change takes a higher priority.
It is within this context that there seems no better time for Waltham Forest to consider how growing food within the Borough might be prioritised in the years ahead.
Your opinion on this is important. Whether you already grow your own fruit and vegetables, have always wanted to but don’t know how, or have never considered it, we’d like to hear from you.
The deadline for sending in your ideas is midnight on Sunday 12 July 2020.
