On Thursday 21 May 2020, from 7pm, Full Council will consider the Highams Park Neighbourhood Plan (HPNP) and decide if it should be approved.
The meeting will be broadcast live on YouTube.
This follows a referendum on Thursday 5 March 2020 when 95.7% of residents who voted backed a new Highams Park Neighbourhood Plan.
On Thursday 23 April 2020 Waltham Forest Council’s Cabinet backed that referendum and gave its support to the HPNP.
The HPNP covers parts of four different Council wards and there is a full list on the web site of which streets will be covered by the plan if it is approved.
