Help us unite the pioneering work of William Morris and the Bauhaus
Crowdfunding campaign launches midday 25 July
Although William Morris worked half a century before the Bauhaus opened in 1919, his ideas about art had a profound influence on Walter Gropius and his students. But there has never before been an exhibition exploring this deep connection.
We want to change that - and we’re asking for your help.
Next Thursday 25 July at 12pm we're launching a new crowdfunding campaign to fund the exhibition Pioneers: William Morris and the Bauhaus. It will be run through the Art Fund's Art Happens site, the UK's first crowdfunding platform for museums.
As a thank you for donating, you'll be able to choose from some amazing Bauhaus-inspired rewards including limited edition collectables.⠀ ⠀ We'll write to you with full details next Thursday. In the meantime, be sure to follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, where we'll post regular updates about the campaign.
With best wishes
