Strengthening ALN Leadership: Two New Roles Announced:

We’re pleased to announce the introduction of two important leadership roles to transform professional learning, and ALN system delivery and improvement across Wales.

Leader of ALN – Dysgu

Dysgu is a newly established national body, created to transform professional learning and leadership development for the education workforce across Wales. It is appointing a Leader of ALN to lead the day-to-day development and delivery of professional learning for practitioners working with learners with ALN.

Head of ALN Delivery and Improvement – Welsh Government

This new position within Welsh Government will focus on driving system-wide improvements and ensuring the successful implementation of ALN reforms.

The Head of ALN Delivery and Improvement will work closely with partners to monitor progress, identify challenges, and deliver solutions that make a real difference for children and young people.
