Carers Trust: Resources for Teaching Professionals to Support Young Carers in Schools and Colleges

Welsh Government has funded Carers Trust Wales to develop resources to support the identification, attainment, and wellbeing of pupils with caring responsibilities.

The resources will be published on Hwb by summer term 2025.
