The Employer Skills Survey 2022 (ESS 2022) is the sixth in a series of UK-wide large-scale employer surveys which provide a comprehensive source of labour market information on the skills challenges faced by employers and the levels and nature of investment in training and development. ESS 2022 included 4,825 employers in Wales (within the UK-wide survey which saw over 72,000 employers taking part).

Leading Professional Learning: Moving from INSET towards ‘effective’ Professional Learning. Leadership Unlocked is a series of professional learning webinars, that explore leadership in Wales and internationally. The webinars are designed for those in senior leadership roles from schools, the youth work sector and Post Compulsory Education & Training (PCET) sector and aims to support their thinking and practice.
Work is underway to support and recognise the improving standards in the provision, practice, and performance of Youth Work organisations through Youth Work Quality Mark and Estyn Inspection.

Careers Wales are pleased to announce the launch of a new teaching resource, the Enterprising Ideas Bank.
