The deadline for submitting your SAF is midnight 15 May 2023, or by 9 June 2023 with late penalties. A SAF cannot be submitted or accepted after 9 June 2023.
The transfer notification facility for 2023 entitlements is available on RPW Online. RPW must be notified by 15 May 2023 in order for the recipient to make a claim on entitlements they are receiving for the 2023 BPS scheme year.
Over 59% of existing registered keepers have now transitioned their CPH and are now benefiting from the 10-mile rule and functionality of Manage My CPH via RPW Online. Over 29,000 inactive CPH records have been closed.

Professional users who did not register by the June 2022 deadline, and Welsh businesses, must provide their details to us as soon as possible to comply with the legislation.
