The importance of coaching is hugely significant when supporting others to achieve clearer thinking, decision making and future planning. This year’s event is not to be missed, with world-renowned speakers and being hosted at the Principality Stadium.

Although pleased to accept the assignment, a few days later I boldly approached the director and mentioned that I had a different workshop idea and would they be happy to listen. Social Partnership: a Welsh way of working
You may have heard the term Social Partnership but not be quite sure what it means. Or you may be an expert practitioner who successfully applies a social partnership approach in delivering public services. Either way, everyone in the Welsh public sector will be hearing more about it over the coming months as the Welsh Government’s Social Partnership and Public Procurement Bill makes its way through the various committees of the Senedd with a view to becoming Welsh law in 2023.
First Minister Mark Drakeford has described social partnership as 'a uniquely Welsh way of working', which brings people, government and businesses together to work towards a common goal. This approach was used successfully during the coronavirus pandemic to aid decision-making on a national scale.
The Bill provides a framework not only to put social partnership on a statutory footing but also to promote fair work and socially responsible public procurement.
The Bill has been summarised onto a single page here so you can find out about the duties it will bring into force.

Audit Wales learning events - Tackling Poverty in Wales: responding to the challenge
Even before the current cost of living crisis, almost one in four people in Wales live in poverty meaning they get less than 60% of the average wage. That is about 700,000 of our fellow citizens. That level of relative poverty has remained unchanged for decades.
This shared learning event will bring people together from across public services to share ideas, learning and knowledge on how organisations can respond to the challenges caused by poverty.
We will share examples of approaches being taken by organisations within Wales and across the UK.
