Announcing the launch of the SOS and PIFU National Website

The National Planned Care Programme in Wales is leading transformative change to ensure services are delivered in the most efficient way and that patients are seen by the right person, in the right place, at the right time.
See on Symptoms (SOS) and Patient Initiated Follow Up (PIFU) are two of the approaches that will contribute to recovery and transformation.
To support health boards to maximise the benefits of these approaches for patients, clinicians and organisations as a whole, we are launching a national SOS and PIFU website on 11 July 2022.
The website is available to all NHS and Welsh Government colleagues. Click here to register or for more information, please contact Liz Davies, Outpatients Transformation Programme Manager on elizabeth.davies027@gov.wales.
