Opportunities to attend Travel Trade exhibitions and workshops 2022 & 2023

Visit Wales is currently planning the Travel Trade Business to Business (B2B) event programme for the 2022- 2023 financial year.  There will be a combination of in-person and virtual events, exhibitions and workshops.

Proposed events include:

VisitBritain announcement and events information will follow shortly.

We are looking for expressions of interest to attend these events, to gain an understanding of demand from Welsh businesses before negotiating final details with the event organisers, including space(s) and costs.

To participate you must be interested and able to contract, sell through the Travel Trade and offer commission / net rates. Any accommodation providers must be Visit Wales or AA graded. Activity providers need to go through the Visit Wales Accreditation Scheme where required.

Find out more on Travel Trade exhibitions and workshops 2022–2023 | Business Wales (gov.wales) and submit your ‘Expression of Interest’ form by 13 May 2022.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your place at the event. Costs to suppliers will be subject to the respective organisers’ approach. Some organisers charge direct; for others Visit Wales will sell space(s) on – details on cost to be provided once known, following expression of interest.

If you have any queries, please contact the Travel Trade Team on traveltradewales@gov.wales.

As Visit Wales is a member of the Coach Tourism Association and UKinbound, we will also be participating in their key events.
