The National Planned Care Programme will be holding a number of best practice sessions over the next twelve months.
This year the programme will be sharing examples of models of care and programmes including Self management, See on Symptom and Patient Initiated Follow Up pathway approaches, clinical orthopaedic strategy, and many more.
The first session on the 28 February 2022, will showcase the pathway for prostate cancer follow up.
