Research
Tourism Business Barometer survey
In order to provide impact data and to help support the industry through these challenging times we ran a fifth wave of our telephone survey to 800 tourism businesses in Wales in late September. The report includes findings on revenue and staffing impacts to businesses, access to government support and expectations for survival over the coming months. Regional and sub-sector breakdowns are given, where possible. You can view the full report on Gov.Wales.
Many thanks for your support in engaging with us by participating in this research.
COVID-19 UK Tourism Consumer Tracker Survey
Visit Wales continues to collaborate with VisitBritain and VisitScotland in running a UK consumer tracker, and the latest Wales report has been published, covering 31 August – 2 October. Fortnightly UK reports can be found on the VisitBritain website and the latest results cover Wave 17 (12-16 October).
