Since the Covid outbreak, learning and teaching has changed in Wales. A combination of remote learning and face-to-face learning has been a reality for the majority of learners and practitioners in recent times.

Consultation on the Draft Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Bill

We have launched a consultation on the changes that are designed to strengthen the post-compulsory education and training (PCET) sector in Wales. This legislation presents an opportunity to ensure that the PCET sector meets the needs of learners and society in the 21st century.

We are seeking your views on the suggested proposals and invite comments on the potential impact and benefits of the changes. The deadline for responses is 4 December 2020.
