Consultation on the Draft Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Bill

We have launched a consultation on the changes that are designed to strengthen the post-compulsory education and training (PCET) sector in Wales. This legislation presents an opportunity to ensure that the PCET sector meets the needs of learners and society in the 21^st century.

We are seeking your views on the suggested proposals and invite comments on the potential impact and benefits of the changes. The deadline for responses is 4 December 2020.
