World Trade Organisation (WTO) update

The World Trade Organisation (WTO) has confirmed that British businesses will be able to continue bidding for public sector contracts around the world after the UK leaves the EU. More information is available on the Cabinet Office website.

Public Accounts Committee update

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC)  held an evidence session with the Welsh Government on 18 February, concluding its inquiry into procurement. The record of the evidence session can be accessed here. 

We are waiting for the final report from the PAC and will update you on next steps in future newsletters.
