Financial Conduct Authority Consultation

Have you had your say on the Financial Conduct Authority’s consultation? 

The proposed new rules are to allow more SMEs to refer disputes to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The changes will allow a broader range of businesses to refer complaints against financial services firms to the Financial Ombudsman Service in order that they can be resolved quickly and informally and at low cost.

Make sure you have your say before it closes on the 22 April.
