Public Accounts Committee Inquiry on public procurement

The Public Accounts Committee of the National Assembly for Wales held its second evidence session on public procurement on Monday 5 March. Andrew Slade, Sue Moffatt and Jonathan Hopkins gave evidence for the Welsh Government and National Procurement Service. The agenda, papers and webcast are on the Public Accounts Committee web pages.

On 9 March it will be one year since we launched the Code of Practice on Ethical Employment in Supply Chains.

General Data Protection Regulations update

The EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force on 25 May 2018.

In readiness for the GDPR, the National Procurement Service (NPS) has developed a high level plan and undertaken risk assessments on all frameworks currently in place. Read more
