Online Personalised Assessments – Expert Panel Events (Reading – English) 

Swalec Stadium, Cardiff on the 7 and 8 March

We are looking for teachers of English and literacy who can attend an expert panel in order to review and select appropriate texts for the new online Reading Personalised Assessments that will be available from 2019/20

Do you support learners with additional learning needs (ALN)?

A Welsh Government commissioned survey is currently gathering the views of professionals involved in supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties and/or disabilities (LDD). The survey will be open until 26 February 2018.

Iaith athrawon yfory incentive scheme 2018 (2018 No.42)

This scheme will target support to secondary PGCE student teachers who are training to teach all subject specialisms through the medium of Welsh or bilingually commencing September 2018 is available. The full guidance on the scheme will be available in the summer.

School Performance Reporting – Early Entry Frequently Asked Questions and Bulletin 4 published

We have recently published a school performance reporting bulletin updating stakeholders on changes to school performance reporting policies.  A Frequently Asked Questions document is also available providing further detail about changes to early entry and the impact on performance measures.
