The conference, hosted by the Welsh
Government will include a series of engaging seminars and discussions looking
at market opportunities and address export issues as well as an exhibition of
public and private organisations that can support your export business.
The conference is for
any Wales based company who are exporting or looking to export for the first
time.

Qatar is one of the World’s richest
countries. With its extensive oil and gas reserves, investment in health and
education and one of the most
ambitious infrastructure programmes in the world, including developments for
the Football World Cup in 2022, Qatar offers export opportunities for Welsh
companies from all sectors.
With daily direct
flights from Cardiff Airport starting in May 2018, it is now easier for Welsh
exporters to explore export opportunities Qatar.

The USA is Wales 3rd largest export market, and offers
opportunities to companies in a wide range of sectors, including life science,

UAE is a key market for many Welsh exporters
and as the market continues to diversify, there will be more export
opportunities for Welsh companies. One of the biggest developments is Expo2020
in Dubai.

UAE to procure over £1bn from SMEs for Expo2020, and UK Export Finance’s
support for a number of the projects means a large part of that business will
go to UK companies.
