Glastir

Glastir Advanced 

The Expression of Interest window for Glastir Advanced 2019 will open on 18 September and will close at midnight on 20 October 2017.  Glastir Advanced is intended to deliver environmental improvements for a range of objectives including habitats, species, soil and water and is available to farmers and land managers. If you wish to be considered for Glastir Advanced you will need to submit an Expression of Interest via an RPW Online account.

First herd screening programme in Wales launched in a bid to eradicate BVD

Farmers throughout Wales will be urged to participate in this new voluntary eradication programme which has been funded through the Welsh Government’s Rural Development Programme. Called ‘Gwaredu BVD’ (Eradicating BVD), its purpose is to provide the necessary support and guidance to ensure farmers can correctly and quickly identify herds infected with BVD.
