BlasCymru/TasteWales, organised by the Welsh Government’s Food & Drink Wales, will be the largest ever food and drink trade event and conference in Wales, bringing together producers, buyers and food industry professionals in the prestigious Celtic Manor Resort, home to the 2010 Ryder Cup.
